In the deeper darkness lies the legacy of ancient disasters - a terrifying troll alienated by a powerful source of pollution: the "Carrion Guard". It is not an ordinary monster, but a twisted creation formed by the fusion of cursed source material, leyline mineral deposits and abandoned magic devices. The cold metal plate engraved with "Terra-7" that Lin Mo got by chance was the key to attracting this monster. The "same origin" curse breath it exuded became the "key" in the eyes of the monster to start evolution or return to the source. Seriously injured and on the verge of death, with his magic energy exhausted, Lin Mo dragged his broken and charred body and ran for his life in the slippery and cold pipe, dealing with the sticky and smelly claws of corruption extending from the cracks in the abyss. Faced with the soul-sucking force field, the corrosive poisonous light penetrating metal, and the endless oppression of the huge flesh-and-blood ore body, the only remaining ice, space, and fire magics burst out with weak but fierce light in the desperate situation, and every spell cast burned life. When there was no way to retreat, Lin Mo chose the craziest gamble - soaking "Terra-7" with his own blood mixed with cursed toxins, turning the "key" into a cursed bomb containing the essence of life, and throwing it into the core maw of the Carrion Guard! The detonated poisonous fire brought tragic backlash, but it also severely damaged this greedy abyss monster. When the cold mineral water submerged the last trace of consciousness, Lin Mo sank into darkness. And the "Terra-7" metal plate, which is both an antidote and a disaster, will be more closely entangled with his destiny, with its unsolved mysteries and the gaze of the abyss. In this corrupted abyss of life-devouring life, the mage's struggle and fight against the curse have not yet ceased.
