My colleagues were laughing at me when I picked up the turtle. "Dr. Lin even has to match stones when raising them, and now he even has to pick up turtles?" They don't understand that the patterns on this turtle's shell look very much like the paleontological fossils I collected. Until late one night, the turtle transformed into a man as gentle as jade under the moonlight. He slowly put on the research clothes I prepared for him, and his voice was as mellow as aged wine: "Master, do you need me to explain the history of the stones in your collection one by one?" And the fossil paper I am writing happens to be stuck on an ecological mystery from 100 million years ago.
