After ten years of working as a police officer and tempered by various types of police life, the author has turned into a number of theoretical work notes in practice. With the author's work experience as the main thread, these notes are strung together one by one to form a precious chain of hard work. Here are the reports and insights of the traffic police on the front line, the efforts and hard work of community work, and the thinking and exploration of the economic investigation front. In terms of police innovation, there are also unique thinking and far-reaching academic value and reference significance.

This is a collection of self-selected prose poems by Hao Huoju. The book is divided into three parts: the first part is a collection of essays, which mainly introduces cars, car culture and various aspects of life; the second part is a collection of poems, which mainly introduces his experiences, perceptions and deep friendship with classmates while traveling; the third part is a collection of poems on the art of paper-cutting by Xue Yin. The author selected nearly 300 works from daily writing based on his own vision and scale. Reading Hao Huoju's prose poems carefully, it seems that he is writing about cars on the surface, but in fact he is describing the life process and various aspects of society. Sophisticated, delicate, knowledgeable, and discerning. The personality and perspective on things reflected in the words can vaguely reveal the author's Central Plains cultural heritage, rich social experience and sincere friendship with classmates. The style is simple, unpretentious and loyal to the true nature of life. The short sentences calmly and soothingly express the different philosophy of life, revealing a natural and rigorous spiritual world between social events and thinking souls.

In chronological order, the author of this book collected and organized the Central Plains cultural reports, research contents, cultural inspections, cultural explorations, social practices, art reports and other materials that the author personally practiced or were related to the author, and finally formed a cultural industry safety practice report with Central Plains characteristics.

While carrying out various tasks and performing duties in Chishui City, the author constantly combined practice with the theories he learned, and formed a series of research reports from the perspective of cultural industry security, development and soft power. Combined with the first-stage results of his postdoctoral research project "Research on Police Willpower and Related Factors of Mental Health, Social Support, and Occupational Burnout" at the station (a series of questionnaire surveys and empirical studies carried out in Henan), that is, "Police willpower has a medium-strength positive correlation with mental health, social support, and a medium-strength negative correlation with occupational burnout." From the above aspects, further empirical research and guidance were carried out in the public security and political and legal systems of Chishui City, and good results were obtained. On this basis, the author summarized these studies and results to form this on-the-job report.
