Here, Williams actually discovered his own civilization point-adding system. He led the residents here to quickly master the technology of transforming alien planets and started a magnificent interstellar colonization movement; huge civilizations multiplied and expanded like locusts in the Milky Way, bringing their eternal ignorance and wisdom, greed and conscience to the desolate planets, and involved the Milky Way in the long interstellar Warring States era.
