This book focuses on the U. S. Military's cyberspace operations concepts, U. S. Cyberspace security strategy, and U. S. Cyberspace security regulations and standards, and is divided into three parts. The first part analyzes the system composition and development characteristics of the US military's operational concepts, especially the connotation, evolution of the cyberspace operational concept and its relationship with other operational concepts, and focuses on the study of recent cyberspace operational concepts such as "cyber deterrence", "forward defense", "layered network deterrence" and "forward hunting". The second article is based on the cyberspace strategic policy documents released by the United States since 2011. It systematically sorts out more than 70 strategic policies, constructs a "three-layer and two-dimensional" U. S. Cyberspace strategic policy system, and introduces key strategic policies at the U. S. National level, the U. S. Department of Defense level, and the U. S. Department of Defense department levels. Part 3 is based on the systematic study of U. S. Cyberspace regulations and standards, comprehensively summarizes the U. S. Government's regulatory guidelines in the field of cyberspace security and the relevant U. S. Military doctrine system, and analyzes the main content and practical significance of key regulatory guidelines and doctrines.
