"Selected Poems of New Spiritualism" is the second poetry collection of Seven Swords Poetry Society after "Selected Poems of Seven Swords". It is edited by Professors Gong Gang and Li Lei. This book contains more than 140 new works by Gong Gang on swords, Yang Weidong on swords, Li Lei on foil, Zhang Manjun on harmonious swords, Zhang Xiaoping on soft swords, Xue Wu on spiritual swords, and Zhu Kunling on frost swords, excellent works by 23 Friends of the Seven Swords, including famous poets Yang Ke, Cao Yuxiang, and Wang Jianzhao, as well as 22 poems shortlisted for the first New Poetry Award of the New Spiritualism Poetry City. The poems selected in this book not only "express one's own spirit, but do not stick to any stereotypes" and do not stick to rhythm or rhyme, they inject the subjective consciousness of modern people and have distinctive personalities and broad imagination space. The new spiritualist poetics advocates the poetic belief that each person follows his or her own nature and illuminates life with instantaneous insights. It advocates a poetic style that combines emotional expression and philosophical insights. It pursues lofty ideals and the social significance of creation. It agrees that poetry should illuminate and demonstrate the spirit of personality like lightning, and directly attack the aesthetic core of poetry and the soul of the poet. The famous scholar and calligrapher Professor Wang Yuechuan of Peking University inscribed the title of the book, Professor Liang Lifang of the University of British Columbia, Professor Gao Yuandong of the Department of Chinese Language and Literature of Peking University, and Professor Chen Xi of the Department of Chinese Language and Literature of Sun Yat-sen University wrote the preface.
