During the Anti-Japanese War, a regiment of our Eighth Route Army was ordered to march into the Dajueshan area and open up the Dajueshan Anti-Japanese Base Area. Under the leadership of comrades Zhou Gang, Zhao Liang and other comrades, our army and civilians in Dajueshan united as one. Under various unfavorable circumstances, they carried forward the revolutionary spirit of not being afraid of hardship or sacrifice, repeatedly defeated the Japanese army, consolidated and developed their strength, and finally liberated the Dajueshan area.
