This book is the result of a project funded by the National Philosophy and Social Sciences Foundation. Starting from Naipaul's life experience and his multicultural writing background, the documentary and fictional characteristics of his works, post-colonialism, from the margin to the center, travel writing, diaspora and other perspectives, the author comprehensively analyzes all the works of the Nobel Prize winner Naipaul, studies his contradictory literary practice, and makes a judgment on his overall creation.
