"Research on the Reception History of Chinese New Poetry (1917-1949) (Essence)" written by Fang Changan is the result of the National Social Science Fund project, project approval number 09BZW052, completed in 2013, with good results. The main content is to examine and study the reception history of Chinese new poetry (1917-1949) in the past hundred years. It not only sorted out and studied the external form of the reception history of new poetry, but also revealed its internal evolution logic, characteristics and roots; it not only studied the relationship between readers' reading and acceptance, the creation of new poetry and the construction of poetics, but also deepened the understanding of the emotional space and aesthetic form of new poetry from the perspective of communication and reception. This research is of great significance for re-understanding the "classics" of century-old new poetry.
