In the long history of history, Yelu Dashi was a hero of literature, Taoism and military strategy. As the adopted son of Xiao Feng, the king of the Southern Court of the Daliao Dynasty, he inherited Xiao Feng's bravery and wisdom, and also possessed the nobility and uniqueness of the Khitan nobles. When he was young, he fell in love with the Jurchen heroes such as Wanyan Aguda and Wanyan Wu Qimai, and they became Jinlan brothers. However, as time went by, he gradually discovered the rebellious intentions of Wanyan Aguda and Wanyan Wu Begging, and fought openly and secretly with them many times, just to consolidate the country of the Liao Dynasty. However, the Daliao Dynasty had declined under the rule of Yelu Yanxi. Wanyan Aguda and Wanyan Wu Qimai took advantage of the situation and raised troops to rebel and established the Kingdom of Jin. Faced with the pressing pressure of the Dajin Iron Cavalry, Yelu Dashi tried his best to restore the decline, but unfortunately everyone was drunk and he was sober. Despite his tremendous efforts, the fate of the Liao Dynasty could not be reversed. When Yelu Yanxi fled to Yinshan without knowing his whereabouts, he and Xiao Qian assisted Yelu Chun in succeeding to the throne. Although Yelu Chun died of illness a few months later, under the leadership of Queen Mother Xiao Pu, they repelled the attacks of the Song Dynasty time and time again. Not long after, the virtuous Xiao Pu was executed by Yelu Yanxi. The disheartened Yelu Dashi left Yelu Yanxi with dozens of people, established the powerful Western Liao Empire thousands of miles away, and revived the glory of the Daliao Dynasty.
