I stood on tiptoe, placed an iron basin on top of the refrigerator, and caught the water droplets falling from the ceiling. I couldn't help but sigh in my heart. This is probably called having a leak in the house and it rains all night long. Drop, drop, drop... Water drops kept falling through the ceiling into the iron basin, making crisp sounds one after another, which made people panic. Under the darkness of the night, the pouring rain was falling hard, and it seemed that it would not let up this night. After placing the basin, I lay on the bed with my head up and stared blankly at the ceiling for an unknown amount of time until a knock on the door interrupted my thoughts.
