The Tower of Eternal Light Binds the Heart Forever
Science Fiction永光之塔缚心永存
Empty And Immoral
"We looked up at the stars until they became a prison." This is about the origin of "Tower", a dust-laden epic. It has nothing to do with individual heroes, only the struggle and sacrifice of a civilized collective. At the end of the Golden Age, human beings spread their footprints across the sea of stars, but finally crashed into the desolate state of the universe - the "void". The death of energy in the cage is the end of all exploration. The infinite future in the past has collapsed into a cold reality: the survival of civilization has entered a countdown. Over a long period of time, in order to leave messages, we have committed many sins, and our creation has waved its sword at us. Facing the ultimate crisis, the Federal Parliament passed the most decisive "Tinder Agreement" in history. Billions of citizens voluntarily donated their brains, stripped away their consciousness, and connected them to form a great biological computer - the "Brain Star Torch". This is not to escape, but to deduce a theoretically possible way to "live" in a desperate situation. "Star Torch" gave its answer: deconstructing the soul. Old humans separated and purified their emotions, desires, and instincts-all the complex collections called "human nature." Light and darkness are extracted, "sin" is embodied, and the unusable residue is discarded as "dirt". Using this blueprint, the subsequent successors of the "Yuhui clan" used themselves as materials, integrated abstract concepts and energy, and cast twelve gods in charge of different "sins" as tools to manage the world. They spent all their money to reshape the dead planet into a "World Tree" that runs through the sky and the earth, that is, the "Tower"
