Since 2013, two volumes of the book "Farewell to Weiming Hubei 3 Peking University Lao Wuji" have been published, which has aroused strong resonance among the Wujia people and is considered to be typical, representative and of universal significance, expressing the common aspirations of hundreds of thousands of Wujia people across the country. These unforgettable stories are worth reading. The deeds of the fifth generation mainly took place in the general environment and background of the "Cultural Revolution". They were expelled from the university campus and sent to the bottom of society and remote rural areas. They experienced hardships and their precious youth was wasted and ruined. But their spirit of continuous self-improvement is worth learning, inheriting and carrying forward, and many of their memories are worth cherishing and preserving; and as a counter-historical trend that despises knowledge and destroys talents, the "Cultural Revolution" should be thoroughly exposed and criticized.
