This book is the culmination of the academic symposium "Fu Sinian and the New Culture Movement" held at Liaocheng University in August 2014. The conference papers can be roughly divided into four categories: research on the relationship between Fu Sinian and the May 4th New Culture Movement, discussion and commentary on Fu Sinian's ideas, exploration of Fu Sinian's relationship with his contemporaries and the similarities and differences in his thoughts, and an analysis of Fu Sinian's research status.
