This book contains interviews with more than a dozen old shops located in the "October 5th Street", "Languilou District" and "Camp Street" in the old districts of Macao, including cake shops, snack shops, restaurants, flower shops, incense shops, stationery shops, clothing shops, candy stalls, shoe repair stalls, etc. This book is illustrated with pictures and texts, vividly showing the life scenes of residents in old areas of Macao, showing the old and new appearance and survival pressure of these old shops, and reflecting the development and changes of Macao over the past century. At the end of the book, there are "oral history materials" such as the list of shops and narrators, interview dates and locations, which is a rare first-hand information.
