陆征祥往来书简
Editor-in-chief Li Xuetong
This book contains more than 700 letters written by Lu Zhengxiang, a famous diplomat in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, and his relatives and friends. Lu Zhengxiang's interactions with figures from all walks of life in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China left many traces in the letter slips, such as his correspondence with Gu Weijun, Wang Zhengting, Lin Sen, Huang Yi, Zhang Qun, Ma Xiangbo and others. Among them, the most concentrated and most outstanding historical material is the correspondence between Lu and his brother Liu Fucheng. This batch of letters begins in 1932 and ends with Lu Zhengxiang's "last handwriting" on November 18, 1948. It records in detail Lu Zhengxiang's thoughts, beliefs, life and other aspects in his later years, as well as the political situation and social sentiment at home and abroad during the Second World War.
