The selected chapters in this book are representative works that have had a certain influence or a certain aspect in the history of contemporary literature in my country since the founding of the People's Republic of China, reflecting the historical trajectory and creative overview of the development of contemporary literature in my country over the past 70 years. The articles are organized into units in the order of novels, poems, essays and dramas, and works in the same unit are arranged in order of publication time. This book includes an 800-1,000-word analysis at the end of each work to help readers understand. Due to space limitations, some novels and novels and plays appear in preserved form.
