This book is an international comprehensive yearbook that focuses on collecting basic information on China and Northeast Asian countries as well as important information on various aspects in the region. It also contains relevant information and materials on Heilongjiang Province's deepening of economic and trade cooperation with Northeast Asian countries, aiming to promote economic and trade exchanges, exchanges and cooperation between China and Northeast Asian countries. The content of this book is mainly based on what happened in 2018, focusing on recording the major events that happened in 2018 and including relevant data. While continuing the advantages of rich content in previous years, maintaining the integrity and continuity of data, and making appropriate chronological and retrospective summaries, in order to strengthen the review and timeliness of the yearbook, in addition to describing major events from January to December 2018, some entries in the volume also look back at major events from November to December 2017. In order to reflect the foresight, some research columns have made necessary foresight into 2019.
