This is a book about depression, but also a book about bipolar disorder. All the sadness, sorrow and pain will not gradually fade away in our eyes as time goes by. Instead, they will always be buried deeply in our hearts, recalling the past, crying and feeling endlessly sad. But I was afraid that I would become a monster, so I tried my best to pretend to laugh. This book tells the story of my entire depression experience in life, and my subsequent experience of living the way I wanted through my own efforts.
