"The Makeup Game" is a suspense epic that combines cyberpunk and quantum science fiction. On Earth in the near future, the capital giant Ji's Group controls the world by relying on gene tax and consciousness colonization technology, turning human memory into tradable virtual memory modules. Genetic scientist Shen Zhiwei accidentally triggered the Antarctic Quantum Temple's interstellar jump agreement, and the earth was involved in a multi-dimensional war between the Quantum Federation and the Mechanicus. The leader of the Awakened, Su Wan, revealed that "virtual memory" is a variant of the algorithmic tax base. Shen Zhiwei used virus purification technology to promote the signing of biolaw and tear apart the immortality matrix. There are novel settings such as "liquid memory burning" in the play, which explores the paradox of free will and data slavery. In the final chapter of the third season, "Nirvana of Virtual Memory," the temple collapses, the wormhole collapses, the old order ends, the awakened ones jump to the new universe, and the remnants of the Mechanicum lie dormant, laying the seeds for the rebirth of civilization in the "multidimensional ideological war" of the fourth season, completing the epic dimensionality of the choice from individual to interstellar civilization.
