This book takes the imperial edict cases in the early Southern Song Dynasty as the research object, and takes the rule of law situation in the early Southern Song Dynasty, the relationship between individual edict cases and the politicization of Taoism in the Jianyan and Shaoxing years, the negotiation between group edict cases and political operations in Shaoxing, and the political reconstruction of the Xiaozong Dynasty after the "Shaoxing Genghua". As a framework for investigation, we comprehensively examine the political process and the path of political interest exchange, reveal the political and cultural orientation behind this political behavior, and then reveal the interaction between state power and social control in a specific historical period, in order to outline the general context of political operations in the early Southern Song Dynasty.
