In modern cities, there is a kind of creature hidden that ordinary people cannot see-the "dream eater". They are not monsters or ghosts, but a special kind of life born in the cracks of human dreams. They feed on negative emotions such as pain, fear, regret, anxiety, and obsession in human dreams, and help humans purify mental trauma during the eating process. Human beings often think that they are just "a little more relaxed after waking up", but they don't know that in their late night dreams, there was an invisible creature that cleaned up the broken dreams for them. But Dream Eaters are not omnipotent. They can clear negative emotions, but they cannot change reality at will; they can edit dreams, but must abide by the rules of dreams and memory; they can link to the projection of the past world, but they cannot really make people go back to the past.
