Dedication: The spirit of dedication with the overall situation in mind and taking care of the country's worries. On December 18, 1981, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China forwarded the "Report on the Issue of Learning from Daqing in Industry" by the Party Group of the State Economic Commission, affirming in the form of a central document the summary of the spirit of Daqing by the Party Group of the State Economic Commission, that is, the spirit of patriotism and national freedom that strives for strength, is self-reliant, and strives for the people with practical actions.
