当代中国晚清政治史研究(1949—2019)
Cui Zhihai Et Al.
Based on the academic trajectory of research on the political history of the late Qing Dynasty over the past 60 years, this book reviews and summarizes ten thematic historical studies in the political history of the late Qing Dynasty. The ten special histories are: research on the history of the Second Opium War, research on the history of the Second Opium War, research on the history of the Taiping Rebellion, research on the history of the Westernization Movement, research on the history of the Sino-French War, research on the history of the Sino-Japanese Sino-Japanese War of 1898-1898, research on the history of the Reform Movement of 1898, research on the history of the Boxer Rebellion, research on the history of the Revolution of 1911, and research on the history of the New Deal in the late Qing Dynasty. This book generally adopts the "problem-centered" academic writing method of subject history, and conducts an academic review of the research on each topic history from both vertical and horizontal dimensions. It not only reveals the process of each topic history in the past 60 years vertically, but also horizontally displays the major academic issues and academic viewpoints in the research on each topic history, in order to achieve the purpose of "distinguishing academic chapters and examining their origins".
