It is not a man-made weapon - it is a "grammar of war" written into genes: the will to life is quantified into four-dimensional combat attributes of strength, speed, control and arithmetic, and the fifth dimension "soul" serves as the underlying driving engine of the system. But the Soul Seal has never been activated in any civilization - because the activation conditions are not a genetic problem, but a "state of existence" problem.
