With the advent of the information age, cyberspace has become the fifth-dimensional strategic space after land, sea, air and space. Countries around the world are vying to enter this virtual place full of opportunities and challenges. However, with the rapid development of computer technology, a few hegemonic countries have extended their hegemonic tentacles into cyberspace, trying to seize the commanding heights of cyberspace by relying on their own technological advantages, and transform network technology into military weapons for power politics, triggering a series of local conflicts in global cyberspace. Cyberspace has now become the continuation and expansion of the real world, and the struggle in cyberspace has become a virtual and real reflection of the struggle game in the real world. As the militarized confrontation in global cyberspace becomes increasingly fierce, the focus on projecting power to defend the country has transitioned to a certain extent from the traditional military field to the cyberspace field. The world's major countries have further accelerated military competition in cyberspace, strengthened top-level planning, established cyber combat forces, and developed new combat weapons and equipment, striving to comprehensively enhance cyberspace combat capabilities. In order to comprehensively clarify the current situation of the cyber combat forces of major countries in the world and understand the characteristics and development trends of cyber operations in various countries, this book focuses on the theme of "Research on the Construction of Global Cyber Combat Forces", focusing on the construction of cyber combat forces in eight countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Russia. It outlines the experience of building cyber combat forces in various countries, and deeply explores the characteristics and future development trends of network operations in each country, with a view to providing reference and inspiration for the construction of my country's cyber space combat capabilities.
