The book is divided into three chapters: upper, middle and lower: based on collecting and sorting information, the author tries his best to give an overall overview of the life of each journalist who came to Yan'an, the reasons for their visit, their activities in Yan'an, the content of their conversations with the leaders of the Communist Party of China, and the feelings and significance of their trip to Yan'an.
