This book is the author's latest masterpiece after "Poetry and Paintings in Red Mansions" published by Beijing Publishing House in January 2021. It consists of three parts: the artistic charm of "Dream of Red Mansions", the main scenes (100) of "Dream of Red Mansions", and the main characters (100) of "Dream of Red Mansions". The book consists of 216 articles, each of which contains three parts: poetry, pictures and text criticism. There are a total of 433 poems, 259 illustrations and 216 text criticisms. The poems and text reviews are all new works by the authors in recent years, and are the crystallization of their experiences and achievements in studying "A Dream of Red Mansions" for many years. The illustrations section mainly selects works by famous painters from the Qing Dynasty, with a small number of line drawings by the author. This book is compiled by Zhai Haichao, and nearly 30 Hong Kong scholars and poetry enthusiasts and experts from more than ten provinces and cities participated in its creation. Professor Zhao Jianzhong, vice president of the Chinese Society of Dream of Red Mansions, wrote the preface and recommended it.
