Reading is a basic project that can cultivate people over a century. In 1995, UNESCO designated April 23 each year as "World Book Day" and proposed "letting everyone in every corner of the world read books"; in 2006, the General Administration of Press and Publication proposed "reading for all" and jointly issued the "About Reading" with 11 departments "Initiative for Carrying out National Reading Activities"; in 2012, the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China historically included "Carrying Out National Reading Activities"; this year, on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the launch of national reading activities, the fifth National Reading Festival in Liaoning Province is ushered in, and reading is even more meaningful to us.
