This book uses the bank letters in Jiangmen (Wuyi), Guangdong as the material. By studying the postal history of banks and overseas Chinese and the history of overseas Chinese, this book reveals the impact of banks and letters on the society of overseas Chinese in Wuyi. The book is based on Taishan Bank and Trust, including a copy of the award-winning stamp album "Guangdong Wuyi Bank and Trust (1896-1949)", the ruins of 50 existing Bank and Trust institutions in Taishan and related Bank and Trust archives, and research on the history of Bank and Trust Essays and stories of overseas Chinese batches in Taishan are selected from nearly a thousand bank and letter archives to analyze the history of bank and letter mail, introduce the historical development trajectory of Taishan bank and letter institutions, show the rich and colorful bank and letter culture, and describe the colorful appearance of the culture of overseas Chinese hometowns.
