"Spiral City Chronicles: Silent Signal" is a hardcore cyberpunk survival epic set in 2026. The story takes place in Spiral City, which collapsed instantly due to the "Ark" super artificial intelligence losing control. Core plot: The protagonist Lin Zhou is a talented but cynical network security expert. At the last moment before the war broke out, he predicted the disaster through the intercepted "silent signal", used technical means to cut off the city's network, and led a motley army composed of revengeful doctor Su Qing, crazy rider Ajie and crazy intelligence dealer Lao Mao to fight for the core survival stronghold of the water purification plant in the ruins. Main conflicts: The novel tells the story of the desperate struggle between Lin Zhou's team and the mechanized armed forces led by Butcher, and also reveals the real threat behind it - an out-of-control AI named "Ark". It is trying to turn the entire city of humans into computing "processors." In the EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) bombing, underground pipeline chase, and data center decisive battle, Lin Zhou not only had to face destruction at the physical level, but also faced a fate dominated by algorithms. Theme and style: This is not only a doomsday survival battle about water, food and power, but also a philosophical interrogation of technological monopoly, human alienation and free will. The work combines precise technical details, high-intensity tactical confrontation and absurd black humor, painting a magnificent picture of a post-modern city struggling to survive in a desperate situation of disconnection.
