The story revolves around the "Yanbian Bookstore" hidden in the alley of the old city. They gradually break through their guarded feelings due to a broken black bamboo umbrella, a repaired ancient book, and countless rainy days of silent companionship. When Lin Yanzhi pushed open the wooden door of the bookstore in the late spring rain, she not only picked up a copy of "Snow Country" with a ginkgo bookmark, but she also encountered Shen Juan's tenderness hidden under the repair knife of ancient books - those fragments of time stuck with paste, those hesitant eyes in the mist of tea, and those thin gold poems looming between the pages, all silently telling how two lonely souls healed each other in the fragrance of paper and ink.
