It carefully selects the best poems from Su Shi's more than 2,700 poems and more than 330 words, arranges them according to the time of creation, and adds detailed annotations. After reading Bi Si's poems, I can say that Su Shi's poems are the most enlightening. Su Shi was a literary master of the Northern Song Dynasty and made extraordinary achievements in many fields such as poetry and prose. Together with Huang Tingjian, his poetry is regarded as the representative of "Song Poetry"; his poetry took a different approach, establishing a new genre outside of the red and green paintings, and became a leader in innovation in the poetry world.
