Cheng Qianfan, Written By Shen Zufen, Adapted By Zhang Chunxiao
Mr. Cheng Qianfan is a descendant of the Zhang (Taiyan) Huang (Kan) school and the academic leader of the ancient literature major at Nanjing University. The "Chengmen disciples" he trained have become important forces in the current academic world. Mr. Shen Zufen is a poet-scholar among contemporary scholars and is famous for his old-style poetry creation. Mr. Zhu Guangqian compared her to contemporary Li Qingzhao and praised her as "Yi An later met this person", which was also praised by Mr. Ye Jiaying. The two gentlemen were collectively known as "Cheng Chen", and Wu Mi once said that they had "the ambition to save the world and preserve the essence of the country". This book is based on Cheng Shen's four poetry appreciation works as a reference, and was written and adapted by Zhang Chunxiao, the granddaughter of the two gentlemen and associate professor of Jinan University. This book focuses on 100 famous poems of the Tang Dynasty and 51 famous poems of the Song Dynasty, taking into account the tradition of "circle point" commentary. It aims to lead readers to develop an appreciation of the aesthetics of traditional poetry, so that classical poetry can lively accompany modern people.
