This collection of poems was edited and compiled by Chen Zhanquan's descendants. Based on the four volumes of manuscripts of "Preliminary Collection of Poems on Xiu Zhuyuan", the editor selected the "Recent Poems on Xiu Zhuyuan" published in 1978 by the author himself. The poems based on "Excerpts from the Preface Collection of Xiuzhuyuan Poems" were reviewed and corrected, converted into electronic manuscripts, and marked with new punctuation. The selected poems include a total of 327 poems written by Chen Zhanquan from the age of 24 to 61.
