This book systematically examines and sorts out the food issues of the National Government from 1937 to 1945, mainly focusing on four aspects: food and food issues, wartime National Government food policy measures and management effectiveness, wartime practices and results in solving food problems in various places, and wartime food administration figures and food administration institutions. We will analyze and discuss different aspects, and further deepen the research on the food issues of the National Government during this period by studying different issues, different regions, specific policies and measures, relevant food political figures and food management institutions, and put forward corresponding views and opinions to make a more objective and fair evaluation.
