"Lyric art" is a topic that cannot be finished. Ms. Chen Huiying took "lyrical art" in literary works as her main research topic and focused on modern and contemporary literature. She selected works of different writers and sorted out, interpreted, and appreciated them from different perspectives. She made a unique and in-depth analysis of the different techniques and multiple meanings conveyed by the application of lyrical art in literary works. This book contains 11 articles with unique perspectives and in-depth discussions. For example, the author believes that the novel worlds of Zhang Ailing and Xixi are mostly "closed" spaces. When the two unfold their stories in them, their different ways of "viewing" give rise to readers' different "views" of their novels; and this difference between the two is related to their attitudes towards life.

This is a collection of essays, divided into three main parts: media world, local images, and storytelling. The whole book not only describes and comments on Hong Kong's unique personnel, architecture, culture, art, and daily life, but also teaches readers from a writing perspective how to use the text materials provided by the media and learn to observe and imagine local scenes, thereby enriching their own writing methods and writing materials.
