This is the first academic monograph to conduct a comprehensive study of the Bronze Age culture of Yunnan, China and Vietnam. Taking the origin, development and evolution of early civilizations as the main line, the author sorted out the cultural development process from the late Neolithic Age to the Bronze Age and finally to the early Iron Age in Yunnan and Vietnam in China, and attempted to conduct archaeological studies on the various Bronze Age cultures in Yunnan and Vietnam. The book also attempted for the first time a comparative study on the origins of the bronze cultures in the two places, their livelihood patterns, religious sacrificial rituals and other aspects.
