"Tiredness and Innocence - Wandering on the Edge of Heaven and Hell" is a book by Xinhua News Agency reporter Chen Cong observing the battlefield from the perspective of a post-80s generation. Breaking through the war with a 25-year-old body, he reveals a real battlefield to readers, and at the same time shows the growth and transformation of a war reporter. The book is divided into eight chapters and 50 battlefield stories. The text selects a large number of battlefield illustrations. On the one hand, it is arranged in a timeline and tells the author's life and death adventures in the three battlefields of "Cairo-Baghdad-Damascus".
