This book displays the latest results of Dungan research, places Dungan literature in the coordinates of world Chinese literature, covers Dungan written literature and folk oral literature with thematic research, lays the poetic foundation for Dungan literature research, and outlines the research framework of Dungan literature. At the same time, it also makes key breakthroughs, or digs deeply into certain key points of Dongqian literature, or explores the historical context. Based on the latest information in Dungan and Russian, it is interpreted with new references and perspectives, especially the study of complementarity and mutual support between Dungan literature and Chinese culture, and the comparison of the original Dungan colloquialism and the colloquialism of Chinese writers.
