1066, the earldom of Greningen north of the Alps. It has been more than ten years since Friedrich von Staufen traveled here. Originally, he just wanted to be an heir to an earl, inherit the title after his father's death, and live out his life in peace. But by chance, he became the young king's attendant and was almost killed in a coup a few years later. After being expelled back to his territory, he was completely awakened: troubled times are coming, and even a king has no power but to be slaughtered by others. With his father's support, he reclaimed forest land, recruited craftsmen, built workshops, expanded his army, and quietly accumulated strength. Now, the king has come of age and has begun to rule personally, with the intention of reviving the royal power; the princes have stolen the royal territory and are unwilling to obey the monarch; the church has gone through hundreds of years of reform and is trying to break away from secular control. In this chaotic situation, Friedrich clenched his sword and decided to go his own way. [Note: This world is not entirely realistic but is partially imaginary.
