"That Lin Xiaoyu is here again, close the door quickly! She is a broom star!" I stood in the rain, listening to the sound of the neighbor's windows being hurriedly closed. The dripping rain slipped from my hair, like a string of silent tears. I was called the "disaster star" by the entire Jinghua County people. Because on the day I was born, a flood that had never happened in a century swept across the entire county.

I opened my eyes, but my daughter was not beside me. The busy figures of the doctors passed before my eyes. I wanted to struggle to get up, but I was fixed to the hospital bed. "Chen Lingxi, how do you feel?" I didn't answer, my eyes looked around, looking for that little figure. "Where is my daughter?" Dr. Su was silent for a moment and looked at me with complicated eyes: "Do you remember what happened last night?" Memories came flooding back, and I collapsed instantly, shouting at the top of my lungs: "Yuyou! I want to see my daughter!" The nurses quickly held me down, and Dr. Su sighed and injected me with a sedative. Before falling into darkness, I heard him whisper: "The Xiao family has taken the child away."
