It has always been my wish to lose weight successfully. It is not just about losing weight. I think it will make me more motivated to do things in the future and more confident that I can do it. I hope to write my weight loss story here so that those who are interested can learn about it.

This is a simple drawing of people at the bottom of society. They are like ants working silently. As long as there are no violent storms or malicious trampling, they feel that they have been treated well by life - they are willing to work hard and enjoy hard work!
