A serial murder case in an interstellar background. Seven crew members set sail for interstellar exploration. After discovering rich ores on Megaturus, the crew members died one after another. Each murderer was killed in an unexpected way. The mastermind behind the scenes, the captain, was about to be the final winner, but he faced an intelligent machine that awakened human consciousness. In the end, the captain died, not at the hands of the machine, but because of the pre-planned design of the dead crew members.
