My destiny, due to some specific reasons, was destined to be abandoned before I was born. Even the place of birth was a foreign land. I was born with cynicism, ridicule and contempt. I grew up in a difficult and even harsh environment, and learned all about human kindness. After entering the society, I lived in the open and wandered. Through my own efforts and struggle, I married a beautiful and virtuous wife. She graduated from a full-time undergraduate degree, which was very popular at that time. Remarkably, the two went through ups and downs and worked together to face the ups and downs of life. Later, they had a son and a daughter. Even though the pressure of life was often suffocating, they never gave up. They worked hard and struggled as always, and faced life with a positive and sunny attitude. This book describes how an abandoned child struggles with the cruel social reality and how to move forward step by step with self-discipline and self-improvement. It clearly explains what it means to constantly strive for self-improvement and be virtuous.
