Now I tell the people of the world that I want to seek virtuous people, but there are those who can come up with national policies and clever plans, and avert the shame of the Han people. This oath is shared by the Emperor of Heaven. I believe in you as much as I believe in you. Throughout my life, I will never disappoint you. If you say this, God will definitely punish you. Announce it to the world, and the envoys will hear about it!
