The third volume tells that after Hu Hai was killed by Prince Qin Ying, the world was in chaos and all forces gathered. Under this circumstance, Fusu used his contacts in the martial arts world to form a large team and began his own career of competing for hegemony among the heroes. Finally, returning to history, Fusu and Liu Bang exchanged their respective governance philosophies, and found that they were surprisingly consistent. So he gave up the throne and helped Liu Bang win over people's hearts. And he also went to Japan to look for the tribesmen who were persecuted by Hu Hai and fled to Japan. In the end, he also met Xu Fu there, and the two stayed in Japan and prospered.
