The epidemic of strange viruses has put people in the city on the verge of genetic contamination; alienated bodies amplify the evil thoughts in their hearts. Behind each horrific case is a human experiment with no return. A new department was formed to stop this conspiracy and evil. Since a new one has been added, let's call it department 22."
