This book is one of the series of books on developing reading ability of classics. This book is a collection of three works by Guan Hanqing, one of the four great masters of Yuan opera. The three works are "The Injustice of Dou E", "Saving Feng Chen" and "Single Sword Club". Among them, "The Injustice of Dou E" and "Saving Feng Chen" are works that reflect social reality, while "Single Sword Club" is a work that describes historical stories. The works of both styles are closely connected with the pulse of the times and full of strong realist content. Professor Yu Weimin from the School of Humanities of Wenzhou University made detailed annotations on difficult characters, words and allusions in the manuscript, which not only enhanced the content of the book, but also effectively reduced the learning difficulty, making it more suitable for middle school students to read.
