It is selected from the "Poetry Volume" of the two-volume "Bishop's Complete Poems and Prose" published by Farrar, Straus and Giroux to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Bishop's birth. The book includes the "Collected Poems" which was deleted during the poet's lifetime and the "Geography III" published later, as well as other poems compiled throughout her writing career. It also includes a collection of short works that only exist in manuscript form, "Edgar Allan Poe and the Jukebox", etc. It is the most authoritative complete version of Bishop's poetry to date.
